Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and approving your artwork digital proof. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak business seasons delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control, may impact delivery times
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over $75.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $250 within the greater Fresno, California area (see map below). For orders under $250, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store Pickup
At this time, we do not offer in-store pickups
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
We offer shipping to P.O. Boxes on most orders. USPS is our primary shipping partner, based upon their guidelines could limit what is able to be shipped to P.O. boxes. These limits include but are not limited to:
- Packages heavier than 70 pounds cannot be shipped USPS.
- USPS accepts packages up to 130 inches in combined length and girth.

Certain orders may need to ship by UPS or other carriers. When utilizing a carrier other USPS, shipping to P.O. boxes is not an option.
Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@customized-specialties.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
